Job summary

Ledcor is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to construct and finish foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters across Arizona and surrounding states. Role requires travel every four weeks and adherence to safety standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in concrete finishing or carpentry, reads drawings, and can lift up to 50 pounds. Valid driver's license and OSHA 10 prefered; travel required.

Qualifications

• Current OSHA 10 certificate or willing to obtain shortly after hire.
• At least 3 years' experience as a Concrete Finisher.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Construct and finish concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and project specifications.
• Set and align wooden forms.
• Perform finishing techniques including screeding, edging, troweling, raking, brooming.
• Be willing to assist other team members as needed.
• Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific requirements.
