Job summary

Ledcor is seeking skilled Concrete Finishers to build and finish foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters across Arizona and surrounding states. The role requires travel every four weeks, strong safety practices, and experience in residential or commercial settings.

Ideal candidates hold an OSHA 10 certificate, have a minimum of 3 years as a concrete finisher, and can read construction drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Concrete Finisher.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Willingness to travel and comply with safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Construct and finish concrete foundations, equipment pads, and bases for telecommunications shelters.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and project specifications.
• Set and align wooden forms; perform screeding, edging, troweling, and brooming.
• Support fellow team members and maintain safety standards on site.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and site-specific requirements.
