Job summary

Ledcor is seeking skilled Concrete Finishers to join our team. The role involves constructing and finishing concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters.

The position requires travel every four weeks across Arizona and surrounding states, offering diverse locations and hands-on field experience. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of concrete finishing experience and OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain it, the ability to read

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification is required or must be obtained shortly after hire.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Concrete Finisher.
• Carpentry experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to travel and pass pre-employment drug/alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Construct and finish concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and project specifications.
• Set and align wooden forms.
• Perform finishing techniques including screeding, edging, troweling, raking, brooming.
• Be willing to assist other team members as needed.
• Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific requirements.
