Job summary

Ledcor Group is seeking skilled Concrete Finishers to join our growing team. The role focuses on constructing and finishing concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases supporting telecommunications structures.

The ideal candidate has residential or commercial experience, adherence to safety, and the ability to travel across Arizona, with living-out allowances and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Current OSHA 10 certificate or be willing to obtain the certification shortly after hire.
• Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher.
• Previous carpentry experience is an asset.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Construct and finish concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters
• Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and project specifications
• Set and align wooden forms
• Perform finishing techniques including screeding, edging, troweling, raking, brooming
• Be willing to assist other team members as needed
• Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific requirements
