Job summary

Ledcor is seeking skilled Concrete Finishers to join our team across Arizona and neighboring states. This role focuses on constructing and finishing foundations, pads, and bases for telecom structures while traveling every four weeks.

You will read and interpret drawings, set forms, and perform finishing by screeding, edging, and troweling. Safety is paramount, with outdoor work, potential overtime, living out allowance, and health and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience as a Concrete Finisher.
• Current OSHA 10 certificate or willingness to obtain shortly after hire.
• Previous carpentry experience is an asset.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
• Be willing and able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Construct and finish concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and project specifications.
• Set and align wooden forms.
• Perform finishing techniques including screeding, edging, troweling, raking, brooming.
• Be willing to assist other team members as needed.
• Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific requirements.
