Ledcor Group is seeking skilled Concrete Finishers to join our growing team in Arizona. This role involves constructing and finishing concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases that support telecommunications shelters.

The position includes travel every four weeks across Arizona to various sites. Ideal candidates have residential or commercial concrete experience, with a strong commitment to safety and workmanship.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification required or willingness to obtain shortly after hire.
• Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher is required.
• Carpentry experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Construct and finish concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and project specifications.
• Set and align wooden forms.
• Perform finishing techniques including screeding, edging, troweling, raking, brooming.
• Be willing to assist other team members as needed.
• Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific requirements.
