Job summary

Ledcor is seeking skilled Concrete Finishers to join our growing team and travel throughout Arizona and surrounding states to construct and finish foundations for telecommunications shelters.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of concrete finishing experience, holds an OSHA 10 certificate or is willing to obtain it, and can read construction drawings. Travel is required; expect a Monday–Friday schedule with potential overtime and a living-out allowance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Concrete Finisher.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Current OSHA 10 certificate or willingness to obtain it after hire.

Responsibilities

• Construct and finish concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and project specifications.
• Set and align wooden forms; perform screeding, edging, troweling, and brooming.
