Job summary

Ledcor is seeking skilled Concrete Finishers to join our team for long-term, travel-based opportunities across Arizona and surrounding states. You will construct and finish foundations, equipment pads, and bases supporting telecommunications structures while upholding high safety standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of concrete finishing experience, a current OSHA 10, ability to read drawings, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience as a Concrete Finisher.
• Current OSHA 10 certificate or willingness to obtain shortly after hire.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to travel.
• Previous carpentry experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Construct and finish concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters
• Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and project specifications
• Set and align wooden forms
• Perform finishing techniques including screeding, edging, troweling, raking, brooming
• Be willing to assist other team members as needed
• Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific requirements
