Job summary

Ledcor is seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to construct and finish concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters across Arizona and surrounding states.

The role requires reading construction drawings, setting forms, and skilled finishing techniques, with a strong emphasis on safety and OSHA compliance. A valid driver’s license, willingness to travel, and potential overtime are required.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Be willing to travel across Arizona and surrounding states every four weeks.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA regulations on site.

Responsibilities

• Construct and finish concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and project specifications.
• Set and align wooden forms.
• Perform finishing techniques including screeding, edging, troweling, raking, brooming.
• Be willing to assist other team members as needed.
• Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific requirements.
