Job summary

Ledcor Group seeks skilled Concrete Finishers to join our team across Arizona. The role travels every four weeks to project sites, constructing and finishing concrete foundations, equipment pads, and bases for telecommunications shelters.

You will read drawings, set forms, and apply finishing techniques while upholding safety standards. The ideal candidate has concrete finishing experience, is comfortable with travel, and holds an OSHA 10 certificate or can obtain it shortly after hire.

Qualifications

• Experience as a concrete finisher on residential or commercial projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Construct and finish concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and project specifications.
• Set and align wooden forms and perform finishing techniques (screeding, edging, troweling, brooming).
• Travel to project sites across Arizona and follow safety policies and regulations.
