Job summary

Ledcor is seeking skilled Concrete Finishers to join our growing team. This role involves constructing and finishing concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases supporting telecommunications shelters across Arizona.

Travel every four weeks throughout Arizona is required. Candidates should have concrete finishing experience, read drawings, and be committed to safety and quality workmanship. Health benefits and 401(k) matching are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have OSHA 10 certificate or be willing to obtain shortly after hire.
• Experience as a Concrete Finisher on residential or commercial projects.
• Carpentry experience is an asset.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Construct and finish concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and project specifications.
• Set and align wooden forms.
• Perform finishing techniques including screeding, edging, troweling, raking, brooming.
• Travel across Arizona to diverse project sites and work as a team.
