Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking skilled Concrete Finishers to join our growing team and travel throughout Arizona.

This role involves constructing and finishing concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters, with demand for high safety and workmanship standards. The ideal candidate has prior concrete finishing experience in residential or commercial projects, a valid driver's license, and OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain it soon

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification required or willingness to obtain shortly after hire.
• Experience as a Concrete Finisher.
• Carpentry experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Construct and finish concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and project specifications.
• Set and align wooden forms.
• Perform finishing techniques including screeding, edging, troweling, raking, brooming.
• Be willing to assist other team members as needed.
• Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific requirements.
