Job summary

Ledcor is seeking skilled Concrete Finishers to join our team and work across Arizona, constructing and finishing foundations, equipment pads, and bases for telecom shelters. The role requires travel every four weeks to diverse locations and a commitment to safety and workmanship.

The ideal candidate has experience in residential or commercial projects and must maintain OSHA-compliant practices, read plans, and operate with a strong work ethic while traveling to multiple sites throughout the

Qualifications

• Current OSHA 10 certificate or willingness to obtain shortly after hire.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Construct and finish concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and project specifications.
• Set and align wooden forms.
• Perform finishing techniques including screeding, edging, troweling, raking, brooming.
• Be willing to assist other team members as needed.
• Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific requirements.
