Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking skilled Concrete Finishers to join our growing team, with travel throughout Arizona to construct and finish concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters.

The ideal candidate will have residential or commercial experience, read construction drawings, and maintain high safety and workmanship standards. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Current OSHA 10 certificate or willingness to obtain shortly after hire.
• Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher.
• Carpentry experience is an asset.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Construct and finish concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and project specifications.
• Set and align wooden forms.
• Perform finishing techniques including screeding, edging, troweling, raking, brooming.
• Be willing to assist other team members as needed.
• Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific requirements.
