Job summary

Ledcor is seeking skilled Concrete Finishers to join our team across Arizona. The role involves constructing and finishing concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters, with travel every four weeks to diverse locations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Concrete Finisher in residential or commercial projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Must have OSHA 10 or be willing to obtain it shortly after hire.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Construct and finish foundations, equipment pads, and bases for telecommunications shelters.
• Read and interpret drawings, site plans and project specs.
• Set and align wooden forms; perform finishing techniques (screeding, edging, troweling, brooming).
• Travel as required; support team members as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies, OSHA regulations and site requirements.
