Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. in Arizona is seeking skilled Concrete Finishers to join our traveling crew responsible for constructing and finishing foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters.

The role requires experience in residential or commercial projects, a commitment to safety, and ability to read drawings. Travel is a regular part of the job, with assignments across Arizona.

Qualifications

• Current OSHA 10 certificate or willingness to obtain shortly after hire.
• Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher.
• Carpentry experience is an asset.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Construct and finish concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters
• Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and project specifications
• Set and align wooden forms
• Perform finishing techniques including screeding, edging, troweling, raking, brooming
• Be willing to assist other team members as needed
• Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific requirements
