Job summary

Pratum Companies seeks a Traveling Recertification Specialist to manage on-site recertifications and leasing activities across multiple communities. The role requires up to 100% travel to assigned worksites in the United States, coordinating audits, interviews, and data collection with tenants and applicants.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in recertification, HUD/LIHTC credentials, and familiarity with Section 8. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years recertification experience with HUD/LIHTC knowledge.
• COS, TCS, or HUD/LIHTC designations required.
• Section 8 and Public Housing experience is essential.
• Ability to multi-task within time constraints and be detail oriented.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Leasing and processing applications on-site per client policies.
• Assist with move-ins/move-outs and on-site data collection.
• Complete annual/interim recertifications and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate resident interviews and ensure accurate income calculations.
• Maintain resident files and assist with audits and related tasks.
