Job summary

Pratum Companies is seeking a Traveling Recertification Specialist to certify, recertify, and lease for assigned residential multifamily communities. The role requires up to 100% travel to on-site work sites across the United States, with weekly travel expectations and no remote work.

You will interview tenants, collect income data, calculate rents for annual renewals, coordinate inspections, and ensure HUD/LIHTC and Section 8 compliance.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task within strict time frames.
• Strong attention to detail and independence.
• Experience with HUD/LIHTC, Section 8, and Public Housing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct tenant interviews and renewals.
• Collect asset and income data; calculate rents for annual renewals.
• Coordinate on-site data collection and resident recertifications.
• Schedule inspections and maintain resident files per policy.
• Support state audits and rehabilitation/lease-up activities.
