Job summary

Pratum Companies is seeking a Traveling Recertification Specialist to manage tenant interviews, income data and rent calculations across multifamily communities. The role requires up to 100% travel, on-site work nationwide, and collaboration with clients and management to maintain compliance with HUD/LIHTC rules.

The position emphasizes accuracy, communication, and the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Training and benefits are provided; remote work is not available.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years recertification experience with HUD/LIHTC knowledge.
• Certification(s) such as COS or TCS preferred; section 8/public housing experience required.
• Strong understanding of HUD 4350, LIHTC programs and related designations.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant-facing activities, schedule interviews and collect income data.
• Complete annual and interim recertifications and coordinate data collection.
• Assist with move-ins/move-outs and prepare for state audits.
