Pratum Co is seeking a Traveling Recertification Specialist to manage on-site leasing and certification tasks across multifamily communities nationwide. The role requires extensive travel (up to 100%) and live within driving distance of a major airport in the mid-Atlantic region or beyond.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in recertification with HUD/LIHTC experience.
• Must understand HUD 4350 requirements and Section 8.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PM software.
• Willing to travel up to 100% nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Schedule resident interviews and calculate rents for renewals.
• Assist with move-ins/move-outs.
• Complete annual and interim recertifications with data collection.
• Coordinate on-site inspections and maintain resident files.
• Support state audits and regulatory compliance.
• Other tasks as assigned as needed.
