Job summary

Pratum Companies is seeking a Traveling Recertification Specialist to perform on-site recertifications across a nationwide portfolio. You will coordinate interviews, data collection, and rent calculations for annual renewals, traveling up to 100% to assigned multifamily communities.

The role requires 2+ years recertification experience with COS/TCS or HUD/LIHTC designations, strong communication and attention to detail, and familiarity with Section 8 and Public Housing.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years recertification experience with relevant certifications.
• Ability to multi-task within time constraints.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Understanding of HUD/LIHTC programs and requirements.
• Section 8/public housing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant interviews, collect asset and income data, and calculate rents for renewals.
• Assist with move-ins and move-outs and annual/interim recertifications.
• Coordinate on-site data collections and process resident information.
• Schedule recertification interviews and ensure proper documentation.
• Support inspections, audits, and regulatory compliance.
