Job summary

Pratum Companies seeks a Traveling Recertification Specialist to manage tenant-facing recertifications and leasing at on-site apartment communities nationwide. The role requires up to 100% travel and frequent coordination with multiple clients and managers.

You will conduct resident interviews, collect data, calculate rents for renewals, and ensure compliance with HUD/LIHTC guidelines while supporting state audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years recertification experience with COS/TCS or HUD/LIHTC designations.
• Section 8, Tax Credit, and Public Housing experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is desired.

Responsibilities

• Schedule resident interviews, collect asset and income data, and calculate rents for annual renewals.
• Assist with move-ins/move-outs and coordinate on-site data collection.
• Coordinate apartment inspections and maintain resident files per policy.
• Support state audits and ensure compliance with HUD/LIHTC requirements.
