Job summary

Pratum Co. is seeking a Traveling Recertification Specialist to perform lease administration and certification duties across our multifamily portfolio.

The role requires up to 100% travel to on-site communities nationwide, including regional travel near major airports in the Mid-Atlantic and beyond. You will manage tenant interviews, verify income/assets, calculate rents for renewals, and coordinate annual/interim recertifications while ensuring compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and Section 8

Qualifications

• Two or more years of recertification experience with HUD/LIHTC programs required.
• Section 8 and Public Housing knowledge is required/strongly preferred.
• COS, TCS or related certifications are preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant-facing processes, schedule interviews, collect income data and calculate rents for renewals.
• Assist with move-ins and move-outs.
• Complete annual and interim recertifications with on-site data collection and processing.
