Job summary

Pratum Companies is seeking a Traveling Recertification Specialist to support the Compliance and Leasing Division. This on-site role requires up to 100% travel to multi‑family communities across the United States.

You will handle leasing, recertifications, data collection, and client communications while ensuring compliance with HUD/LIHTC guidelines. The position emphasizes teamwork and independent work under deadlines, with evenings/weekends possible.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of recertification experience with COS/TCS or HUD/LIHTC designations required.
• Ability to multi-task within tight time constraints.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Property Management Software.

Responsibilities

• Leasing and processing applications following on-site client policies and procedures.
• Assist with move-ins/move-outs.
• Complete annual and interim recertifications, including scheduling resident interviews and coordinating on-site data collection.
• Maintain resident files in accordance with company policy & regulatory agency policy.
• Assist management to prepare for state audits.
• Coordinate apartment inspections for recertifications and assist with other tasks as needed.
