Job summary

Pratum Companies is seeking a Traveling Recertification Specialist to conduct on-site certification, recertification, and leasing at residential multifamily communities across the United States. The role requires extensive travel (up to 100%) and frequent collaboration with tenants, applicants, and management teams to ensure compliance with HUD/LIHTC guidelines.

Candidates should have at least two years of recertification experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of Section 8,

Qualifications

• Minimum two years recertification experience with COS/TCS or HUD/LIHTC designations.
• Section 8 and Public Housing experience required.
• Understanding of HUD 4350, 236 programs and CPO.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is desired.

Responsibilities

• Schedule resident interviews and calculate rents for annual renewals.
• Assist with move-ins/move-outs and data collection.
• Complete annual and interim recertifications and coordinate on-site data processing.
• Coordinate inspections and maintain resident files per policy.
• Support state audits and participate in rehab, lease-ups, and re-syndication.
