Job summary

RHP Properties is seeking a Traveling Community Management Specialist to oversee daily administration, operations, and staff across manufactured home communities. You will manage rentals, leasing, and finances while ensuring quality, safety, and resident satisfaction.

The role requires traveling to communities, hiring and training onsite teams, and maintaining relationships with residents. A minimum of 2–3 years in property management and a valid license are expected.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-3 years of property management experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service, communication and organization skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and problem solve.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be flexible and work evenings and weekends.
• Extended out-of-town travel required (50 of 52 weeks).
• Valid operator’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administration, operation and personnel of multiple manufactured home communities.
• Deposit daily rental collections and late fees.
• Hire, train, motivate and manage onsite staff.
• Inspect grounds and homes, promote a clean, safe environment.
• Oversee maintenance tasks via the Maintenance Work Order system.
• Attract and retain residents to maximize occupancy.
• Manage all leasing activities and related processes.
• Process invoices, maintain petty cash, track expenses.
• Maintain employees’ files, timesheets and records for compensation.
• Manage paperwork flow and maintain budget adherence.
• Ensure data entry in management software is accurate and timely.
• Build relationships with residents and address needs.
