Job summary

Newbury Residential seeks a Traveling Community Manager to lead and support communities across the country. This role requires frequent travel to oversee operations, leasing, housing regulations, training, and stabilization efforts, while ensuring consistent quality and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has demonstrated leadership in community management, experience guiding onsite teams, and the ability to partner with regional and corporate teams to drive performance and asset value.

Qualifications

• Experience in community management, leasing, and property operations.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and leasing compliance standards.
• Ability to travel nationwide up to 80%+ and manage onsite teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership and support communities across the country, including interim management coverage, property transitions, and lease-ups.
• Partner with regional and corporate teams to implement SOPs and drive performance at assigned sites.
• Lead the property’s marketing efforts, including social media, online reviews, resident engagement content, and partnerships with local businesses.
