Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service, communication and organization skills.
• Detail oriented with multitasking and problem-solving ability.
• Proven leadership skills and team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
• Extended out-of-town travel required.
• Valid operator’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily rental collections and deposits; handle late fees.
• Hire, train, motivate and manage onsite staff.
• Inspect grounds and homes; maintain a clean, presentable community.
• Oversee maintenance work order system and task assignments.
• Attract and retain residents; manage all leasing activities.
• Process, approve and forward invoices; manage petty cash and expenses.
• Maintain employee files, timesheets and records; ensure accurate compensation.
• Maintain paperwork flow and financial operations per budget.
