Job summary

Newbury Residential, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Community Manager to oversee multiple communities across the country. You will provide on-site leadership, supervise on-site teams, manage leasing efforts, and drive performance with regional and corporate partners.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a proactive approach to resident relations and operations. You will travel nationwide (80%+), manage marketing and social media, partner with vendors, and ensure adherence to

Qualifications

• Leasing or sales experience in property management or hospitality preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing and leasing compliance.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership across nationwide communities.
• Partner with regional teams to implement SOPs and drive performance.
• Lead marketing efforts including social media and resident engagement.
• Conduct property inspections and report on occupancy and maintenance.
• Train on-site staff and ensure policy compliance and fair housing.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely unit turns and quality.
• Support resident relations and retention initiatives.
• Monitor rent collections and expenses; take corrective actions.
