Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to deliver targeted training programs for technicians and repair staff. You will coach teams, ensure knowledge transfer, and collaborate with regional leadership to raise technical standards across centers.

You will visit repair centers, assess technician skills, develop clinics, and stay current with repair processes. A background of 5–7 years in the industry and at least 2 years of training delivery is expected, with travel up

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of industry experience.
• At least 2 years of experience delivering training.
• Post-secondary education preferred; high school diploma or GED acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training programs in repair technologies.
• Coach technicians and center staff for skill and knowledge improvement.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to raise technical capabilities.
• Visit repair centers to assess knowledge, skills, and needs.
• Develop and improve training clinics to ensure consistent messaging.
