Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver comprehensive training to technicians and to collaborate with regional leadership to lift technical capabilities across markets.

The role involves coaching, developing clinics, ensuring QC compliance, and maintaining training documentation. The candidate should have 5–7 years in the industry and be willing to travel up to 30–70% with a strong focus on safety and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of industry experience.
• At least 2 years of training delivery experience preferred.
• Post-secondary education preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Applicable industry certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training and courses in the assigned area.
• Coach technicians and assess knowledge and skills.
• Visit repair centers to evaluate capabilities and technician knowledge.
• Provide feedback to leadership on tools and equipment needs.
• Develop and improve technical training clinics across the network.
• Ensure compliance with QC processes and maintain training documentation.
• Travel to training sites and stay aligned with WOW plan.
