Gerber Collision & Glass in Orlando, FL is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver training programs, coach repair center staff (especially technicians), and ensure they have the knowledge and skills to repair vehicles properly and safely.

You will work with regional leadership to address gaps, develop training clinics, and monitor QC processes. Travel up to 30-70% is required; a valid driver's license and market location are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to independently plan and organize work.
• Ability to communicate, motivate and cooperate with all levels of staff.
• Proficiency with standard computer applications (MS Office, Google).

Responsabilités

• Deliver technical training and courses in the assigned area.
• Coach technicians and assess knowledge and skills.
• Visit repair centers to evaluate capabilities and provide feedback.
• Develop and improve training clinics across the network.
• Ensure adherence to QC processes and safety standards.
