Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical school program OR 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of repair methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Use various tools to repair vehicle sections (cutting guns, plasma cutters, jacks, hammers, pliers).
• Hammer dents and apply fillers where needed to restore surfaces.
• Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Remove damaged sections and replace with new or aftermarket parts.
• Replace or repair glass, interior parts as required.
• Weld and fit parts, repaint vehicles with factory-specified paint.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and safety.
