Gerber Collision & Glass seeks a Technical Training Specialist to deliver training programs across repair centers, coach technicians, and improve technical capabilities. You will coordinate with regional leaders to align curricula and ensure safety standards are met.

Requirements include 5–7 years in the industry, 2+ years delivering training, and post-secondary education with relevant certifications. Travel up to 30-70% is required, with strong communication and PC skills essential.

Qualificações

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of independently planning and organizing work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate, motivate and cooperate with all levels of staff.
• Knowledge of computer applications, including Internet, Google platform, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver technical training and courses in the assigned area of responsibility.
• Visits repair centers to assess technician capabilities through observation, experience and dialogue.
• Provide coaching to technicians on applying technical skills and building efficiencies in the repair process.
• Monitor and coach for full compliance on QC processes and feedback to leadership when tools/equipment need upgrades.
