• Resolve escalated account issues and log complaints.
• Introduce customers to appropriate banking partners.
• Complete branch operations (cash, vault, ATM, wire transfers).
• Process customer/account maintenance and AML/KYC duties.
• Support risk controls and audit points; uphold M&T brand.
