Job summary

Georgia’s Own Credit Union seeks a Universal Banker Manager to lead Universal Banker I and II teams across multiple branches. You will coach performance, manage staffing, and drive service excellence while partnering with the Area Service Manager to align with branch priorities.

Travel among branches is regular; you will mentor staff, develop performance plans, and ensure operational consistency and customer engagement standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 3–5 years in retail banking or credit union environment.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory/leadership or coaching experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Universal Banker I and II employees across an assigned branch cluster.
• Set performance expectations and conduct regular coaching and development discussions.
• Support onboarding, training, and integration of new hires.
• Staffing and scheduling across branches; approve attendance and time-off.
