Job summary

Georgia's Own Credit Union is seeking a Universal Banker Manager to lead Universal Banker I and II across a branch cluster. You will coach staff, set performance expectations, and ensure service and sales standards are met while coordinating staffing across locations.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail banking with supervisory experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel between branches to support operations and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a retail banking or credit union environment.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory or employee coaching experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of deposit products, lending, branch operations, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Universal Banker I and Universal Banker II employees within an assigned branch cluster.
• Establish clear performance expectations and maintain regular coaching and development discussions.
• Coordinate staffing and daily scheduling across branches.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and integration of new hires.
• Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Travel regularly among assigned branch locations to provide leadership support.
