Job summary

Georgia's Own Credit Union is seeking a Universal Banker Manager (UBM) to lead and coach Universal Banker I and II across multiple branch locations. You will oversee staff development, performance, and staffing while ensuring excellent member service and adherence to branch standards.

The role requires travel between branches, strong leadership and relationship-building skills, and a commitment to service excellence within a credit union environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel regularly between branches.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Universal Banker I and II across branches.
• Coach, develop, and set performance expectations for staff.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling across locations.
• Support onboarding, training, and integration of new hires.
• Ensure service standards and branch operational consistency.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management
