Job summary

Georgia's Own Credit Union seeks a Universal Banker Manager to lead Universal Banker I & II across a branch cluster. You will coach staff, manage performance, coordinate staffing, and ensure consistent service, sales, and operations across locations.

Responsibilities include onboarding, development planning, and promoting service excellence while partnering with the Area Service Manager to drive branch goals and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a retail banking or credit union setting.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Universal Banker I and II within a branch cluster.
• Set clear performance expectations and conduct coaching and development discussions.
• Lead onboarding, training, and integration of new staff.
• Support staffing coordination and schedule management across branches.
• Coach employees on service and sales behaviors and resolve issues.
• Maintain leadership presence and ensure branch operations align with standards.
