Qualifications

• Ability to travel between branches as needed.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult customer conversations.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and explain features of Consumer and Business Banking solutions; make recommendations based on identified needs.
• Assist and process new accounts and loan origination; complete servicing-related tasks and transactions.
• Greet customers, manage lobby flow and identify product opportunities to provide solutions.
• Adhere to AML/BSA/KYC processes and resolve customer issues; log complaints in the appropriate system.
