Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
• Ability to travel between branches as needed and handle time-critical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on Consumer and Business Banking solutions and explain features.
• Engage customers to bank with us and promote digital capabilities; follow sales process.
• Reach out to customers to retain and expand relationships and address needs.
• Maintain lobby presence, greet customers, and log interactions in the system.
• Refer banking partners when opportunities arise and assist with AML/KYC processes.
• Handle customer transactions accurately and support branch operations.
