Job summary

B&B Concrete is seeking a concrete project superintendent to plan and coordinate concrete construction on our sites. You will supervise concrete operations, ensure quality, protect the schedule, and monitor the budget while enforcing safety and company standards.

You will coordinate weekly with Operations managers and Project Management for manpower and resource scheduling, on-site supervision, and reporting progress daily and weekly.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in concrete construction.
• Ability to supervise construction employees within budget and schedule.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.
• Spanish-speaking ability for field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations managers for all concrete schedules/operations.
• Daily communications/coordination with Project Management to ensure successful project execution.
• Be on site to supervise and oversee all concrete construction processes.
• Ensure the budget is followed regarding manpower and material expenditures.
• Organize and schedule field labor and ensure performance as required.
• Coordinate with other subcontractors for proper planning and harmony.
• Maintain quality in concrete construction and budget adherence.
• Track and report project progress daily and weekly.
• Track and accurately capture/report time for field manpower overseen.
• Monitor productivity and progress, identify delays, and propose solutions.
