Job summary

B&B Concrete is seeking a seasoned concrete project superintendent to plan, coordinate, and supervise all concrete operations on site. You will ensure quality workmanship, keep the schedule on track, and manage the budget while coordinating with operations, project management, and subcontractors.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and Spanish-speaking ability to interact with field labor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years experience in concrete construction.
• Ability to supervise employees within budget and schedule.
• Maintain positive working relationships with all groups.
• Balance and prioritize multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Spanish speaking ability to communicate with field labor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations managers for all concrete schedules/operations.
• Daily communications with Project Management to ensure execution.
• Be on site to supervise all concrete construction processes.
• Ensure budget is followed for manpower and materials.
• Organize and schedule field labor and ensure performance.
• Coordinate with other subcontractors for planning and harmony.
• Ensure quality in concrete construction and budget maintenance.
• Track and report project progress daily and weekly.
• Track and report time for field manpower overseen.
• Monitor productivity and delays, and propose solutions.
