Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in concrete construction.
• Ability to supervise construction employees within budget and schedule.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Spanish speaking ability to communicate with field labor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations managers for all concrete schedules and operations.
• Daily communications with Project Management to ensure successful project execution.
• Supervise on site all concrete construction processes.
• Ensure budget adherence for manpower and material expenditures.
• Organize and schedule field labor and ensure performance as required.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to maintain plan and harmony.
• Maintain quality in concrete construction and budget control.
• Track and report project progress daily and weekly.
• Accurately capture/report time for field manpower overseen.
• Monitor productivity and progress, identify delays, and propose solutions.
