Job summary

B&B Concrete in the United States seeks a seasoned Concrete Project Superintendent to plan and coordinate concrete construction, supervise all concrete operations on site, ensure quality and adherence to schedule and budget, and maintain safety standards.

You will coordinate weekly with Operations Managers and Project Management for manpower, resource scheduling, and project communication, while supervising field labor and reporting progress daily.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in concrete construction.
• Ability to supervise employees and manage budget and schedule.
• Excellent communication and relationships with teams.
• Spanish-speaking ability to communicate with field labor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations managers for all concrete schedules/operations.
• Supervise all concrete construction processes on site.
• Ensure budget is followed for manpower and material expenditures.
• Organize and schedule field labor and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure work harmony.
• Track and report project progress daily/weekly.
• Monitor productivity and identify delays with solutions.
