Job summary

B&B Concrete is seeking a concrete project superintendent to plan, coordinate, and supervise all concrete operations on the job site. You will ensure quality, keep the schedule on track, and manage the budget while guiding field crews and coordinating with subcontractors.

Daily on-site leadership includes monitoring safety, productivity, and communication with Operations and Project Management to align manpower and resources for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in concrete construction.
• Ability to supervise construction employees and manage budget and schedule.
• Strong communication with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Spanish-speaking ability to communicate with field labor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations managers for concrete schedules and operations.
• Daily communications with Project Management to ensure project execution.
• On-site supervision of all concrete construction processes.
• Ensure budget adherence in manpower and material expenditures.
• Organize and schedule field labor to meet requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for planning and harmony.
• Maintain quality in concrete work and control budget.
• Track and report project progress daily and weekly.
• Capture and report field manpower time accurately.
• Monitor productivity and progress; identify and resolve delays.
