Job summary

B&B Concrete is seeking a seasoned Concrete Project Superintendent to plan, coordinate, and supervise all concrete construction activities on site. You will ensure quality workmanship, adherence to schedules, and budget compliance while maintaining safety standards.

You will coordinate weekly with Operations managers and Project Management for manpower/resource scheduling and project communication. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus for field coordination on diverse sites.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in concrete construction.
• Ability to effectively supervise construction employees within budget and schedule.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Safety-conscious with the ability to implement safety culture on projects.
• Spanish-speaking skills to communicate with field labor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations managers for all concrete schedules and operations.
• On-site supervision of all concrete construction processes and quality control.
• Monitor budget, manpower production, and material expenditures.
• Organize and schedule field labor and ensure performance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for planning and harmonious work flow.
• Track and report daily/weekly project progress and manpower time.
• Identify delays and provide corrective solutions to keep projects on track.
