Job summary

B is seeking a concrete project superintendent to plan and coordinate concrete construction, supervise the concrete portions of the project, ensure quality work, keep the schedule on track, and control the budget while upholding safety and company standards.

You will coordinate weekly with Operations Managers and Project Management for manpower and resource scheduling, monitor productivity, report progress daily and weekly, and maintain strong on-site teamwork with subcontractors and trades.

Qualifications

• 6 or more years of experience in concrete construction.
• Ability to supervise construction employees and manage budget and schedule.
• Maintain positive relationships with management, owners, trades and subcontractors.
• Balance multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and strong listening abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations managers for all concrete schedules/operations.
• Daily communications with Project Management to ensure clear execution.
• Be on site to supervise all concrete construction processes.
• Ensure the budget is followed in manpower and material expenditures.
• Organize and schedule field labor to meet requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for planning and harmony.
• Maintain quality in concrete construction and monitor budget.
• Track and report project progress daily and weekly.
• Accurately capture/report time for field manpower.
• Monitor productivity and address delays with solutions.
