Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking a Training Specialist to assist customers in smoothly converting to our system and to provide training and ongoing support during the implementation process. You will travel about 80% to install and convert software at dealerships, meeting with management to tailor solutions.

When not traveling, you will support existing customers from your home office, prepare for upcoming trips, and follow up on recently installed accounts with a focus on strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Help customers smoothly convert to Reynolds and Reynolds system and provide training and customer support during the process.
• Travel approximately 80% of the time to install and convert software at dealerships, meeting with dealership management to understand and tailor needs.
• Customize the system and train key dealership personnel on how to use the solution.
