Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager for electrical construction with national travel across the USA. The role supports a Project Manager on large projects and may manage smaller projects under supervision.

A site-based position, located near active project sites, offers hands-on project exposure. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in engineering or construction-related field, up to 1 year of construction experience, and are willing to travel or relocate as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 0–1 year of construction and/or project experience or knowledge of construction methods.
• Project Managed training, experience or skills with a general understanding of a project lifecycle.
• Strong process orientation, analytical and mathematical skills.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding interpersonal and team leadership skills.
• Must possess strong attention to detail and ensure maximum quality of work throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Must be willing to travel to and potentially temporarily relocate to project locations.
• Experience with Accubid a plus.
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in total construction and design effort to ensure project is constructed per design, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate communication between internal and external project members including GCs, subs, superintendents, and foremen.
• Assist in staffing decisions including selection of superintendent, foremen, and related roles.
• Perform specialized estimating and assist in estimating projects.
• Assist with purchase requisitions, payment approvals, and change orders.
• Assist in implementing and interpreting safety programs and ensure OSHA requirements are met.
